Smoky Mountain Home Renovations began with one man, a toolbelt, and a work ethic forged on a farm in Milton, West Virginia. Growing up, our founder did whatever needed to be done—fixing fences, building sheds, learning by doing. Those early years instilled the kind of hands-on skill and grit you can’t teach in a classroom.
After starting a family young—three kids and a dream with his wife by his side—he decided to take a leap of faith. With nothing but determination, Jesus, and years of hard-earned experience, he built this business from the ground up.
What started as small side projects turned into a full-service renovation company trusted by families and investors across East Tennessee. Today, Smoky Mountain Home Renovations is still rooted in the same values it was built on: hard work, honesty, and doing right by every home—and every family—we serve.
Because to us, this isn’t just construction. It’s legacy work.
